I used one at an old Worlds gym that I used to go to, it was ok, but I prefer the seated, both incline and flat, by comparison.

yeah we've got the upright versions at my gym but those flat ones always looked cool to me, liked it since i saw a picture of Tom Prince doing something like 7 plates per side on it.

The best I remember, it's been a few years, I did 4 per side for sets.  Not impressive at all, as I'm a horrible bencher. Never do singles, due to a shoulder issue.  There were some big mofo's at the gym that could knock out 6 a side.

I train at the gym he owns.  Very thick.  Taller than 5'6" though.

Those machines are good pieces. But the worst part of them, unless you're TP at his peak, you have to have a spotter to help with the lift-off. You can do quite a bit of weight, but in order to get it off the ground you either have to use a spotter or sometimes you can get away with 5-10# plates, but then you bottom out without getting a full ROM. Hell, this is GetBig, I doubt anyone cares full ROM anyway! ;D
