I just got done training, worked out from about 215 to 315 am...I couldn't sleep so I walked to the gym...

Right now, i'll get there between 2-4pm.

between 11-2pm. im taking 15 hours next semester plus work, so im going to have to workout in the early-morning now >:(

I never could get into the early morning workouts. I felt I didn't enough energy...

Same, i never train in the morning.
I like to have 3 meals before i train. Less than that and it just seems like i'm not ready.
It's probably more a mental thing than actually a physical thing.

I'm the opposite. I find I train a lot better on a small whey shake when I wake up. I feel sluggish in the gym if I have a few meals before.

That's mine...I need to do more cardio to shred up those glutes...

I train at 11am. wake up at 9, have one meal, let it digest and then hit the gym 8)

I used to train at night. But now around 11:00 due to the mutant want to train at that time. :-\

Ive never trained in the morning. Im the exact same way, i have to have 3-4 meals before training. Ive noticed i have alot more energy and strength by eating 3-4 meals before training.

12pm-2pm, i have already had breakfast, lunch and a protein shake and dianabol before i work out ;D

depends on how much energy i have. If i wake up and feel great ill just have some coffee to warm up and train shortly after 20-30 minutes, other times i wait until a couple hours after my first meal

Around 6:30-8 PM weekdays, 2-4 PM weekends if I can swing it. cardio first thing in the morning whenever I can...
I've tried it all, early mornings, late night, middle of the day...doesn't really seem to make a difference to me, although I need a meal beforehand if I am going to hit the weights early in the morning.

Early morning around 6 a.m. 45 minutes after my egg whites in the morning. Strength is not as good as afternoon or evening full of calories but results are much better for me in morning and thats what matters.
