then why not train legs everyday and everything else secondary.
(the most pounds lifted) is the true measure of a workout
if you train legs everyday you quickly become humbeld as to find your (true most pounds lifted in a workout) on a daily basis average
you may start out monday strong hittin legs then bis tris , but tuesday hitten legs then chest maybe weaker....but maybe stronger by friday
no point in just focusing a day on arms if the purpose is to grow overall disregarding proportions. youll never lift the amount of pounds with your arms as you can on your legs, its pointless to say youve have an ultimate upper body workout because the poundages simply dont compare to legs
bottom line if people hit legs everyday then you would be forced to develop a true science of eating as how to improve daily leg training because it is only the true measureable capacity

then why not train legs everyday
After all these years you dont know the answer to one if the most basic questions?

Should major league pitchers pitch everyday too? With a true science of nutrition they could probably pitch 365 days of the year.

when you mix in days off with only upperbody training you confuse the training protocol.
lets say monday u only hit upper body and wed you hit legs
there is no measurable approach to document if your whole body actually got bigger or stronger monday from wednesday if you are not hitting the same bodypart thus u missed out on the chance to apply a method that would make your measurable stronger on your main muscle group that has the most potential of growth and is the most important , legs
if you can get your legs to progress then you can make everything else as wel
this is why there is so much confusion with these inconsistent routines giving the illusion that you are getting stronger on a daily basis

surley the body can adapt to daily leg training. u walk everyday right?
at first recovery will be shit but if your have to train legs everday then you simply will
if you dont
and go back to upper body training realize doing ten sets of 200 pound bench presses for sets of 10 is the same as a 200 pound man squating down 10 times , if we are calculating all things as stress on the heart

Why not do the split routine. This is where you train the legs in the morning and the legs in the evening. everyday, always, forever
