I've done it for 8 reps but my bodyweight was alot higher and I was only going down to about my the top of my nose.  I have not done free weight shoulder press in a while.

With a big enough adrenal release and stress hormones, but I'll probably never find out, or prove it. I hope I never. You can easily quadruple your strength if your going crazy enough.

Yep - piece of piss.

I can dumbell shoulder press a pair of 140s for a double, 12 reps with the 120s, and have smith pressed 315. Shoulders are easily my strongest bodypart compared with the others where my lifts are average.

i often do push presses with with 100kg or 110kg for 3 reps, also did 225lbs strict sitting

The Axle lift is much harder because the bar is solid at the ends and does not rotate like a normal bar.

15 lbs x 20 reps = 300 lbs so YES

225 at once...I'm sure I could but Planet Fitness doesn't make weights heavy enough to try. ::)

Well thank you....to be honest, I can't remember the joke or where it came from, but everyone at the table kept laughin at me wearin it so I kept it on for a few minutes.   I didn't think it was very funny but I was only one not drinkin that night either.

it's the damndest thing, dude. i figured if i took some time off from shoulder presses it'd recharge my batteries. so i take like four months off, TOPS, and suddenly i'm bad at them. it's just crazy beans.  >:(

by the way that glenn ross video is one of the sickest things ever recorded.

The most i have done for dumbell shoulder press is the 100s. I do barbell smith machine presses basically every shoulder workout. Go up to 275 on those. 315 for 12 reps, 1 set is the most ive done.
