25 to 45 minutes at my gym. When I go out of town it's different, I always have to sign autographs and take pictures between sets then. The life of a getbigger.....

Really, the biggest dudes in the gym seem to be there when i arrive, and still there training when i leave.

Yetserday i did 1,5 hour of arms bis and tris. plus 10 mins of abs in the end.
A guy approached me only to tell me that my "intensity" is not high enough, im taking big breaks between sets and so on.
my arms are about 17.5-18 inches and his 13.
Go figure. ::)

Around 3 hours. I take at least 3 - 4 minutes off between sets if it's a small bodypart I'm working on and up to 10 - 12 minutes if its a big, heavy, compound movement like Deadlifts. And I do it on an empty stomach, although I take about 200 mg of caffeine with a strong cup of black coffee about 15 minutes before. I've always trained this way.
