Who'd you prefer in that pose? Buchannan? Haney? Wheeler? I don't know man...he's tough to beat in a FDB. You know your shit, but Fletcher is about as good as it got. I might give the nod to Buchannan, though his thighs were always a little under-sized.

I can think of a lot better fdb shots but he looks fantastic in that shot .

If my memory serves me right, that pic of the FDB above was taken hours before Fletcher almost died from severe dehydration brought on by over-zealous diuretic use. I think it was at the Nationals in 93...could be wrong on the date. He was probably going to win his class that night.

Edgar got 3rd in 93 behind Newman's 2nd and Francios' 1st ...93 and much of the 90s nationals were very rich and deep talent field the golden age

92 = John Sherman
93 = Francois
94 = Demayo
95 = Long
96 = Cutler (well, Stalling won the overall, but you could make a case that Cutler should have won)

92 USA = Wheeler
93 = Cormier
94 = Newman
95 = Hernon

Edgar look's Outstanding in that FDB...Given the 20yr Plus Difference in time, drugs,etc,etc...i rate Sergio's FDB as one of the best ever.
