Tori Spelling look slike a horse.  Ugly, untalented, waste of genetic material.  I hate useless rich people.  I should be rich.

I don't see a lot of celebs but I've seen her 3x in person...she looks much better in person imo.  The first time she looked great but she was doing a photoshoot.  The second time (same weekend) she was going to the spa, no make-up, looked great.

3rd time paparazzi were yelling at her and she looked pretty frazzled.

mmmm sounds good!

I'm making a Spanish style fish soup with striped bass, then a spinach, walnut, endive, mandarin salad with a mustard vinaigrette, brie/blue/herbed goat cheese platter with mission figs, seckle pears, grapes and strawberries, then making a crown roast of pork with a cornbread stuffing/dressing, a ushroom medley made with butter, parsely, white wine and garlic, some type of mashed potatoes and then i think a peach cobbler for dessert.  I bought some french bread as well as a nice rustic looking ciabatta.  I figure i will cut one french, slice the rest of them and place the ciabatta ina wicker and linen basket i got from target.

For thanksgiving i made some roasted garlic and asiago cheese mashed potatoes, so i gotta make something different this time around.

OOO it all sounds GREAT!!  I'm all over the platter w. the goat cheese etc w/fruit too.  Is there anything much better than cheese?  I don't think so!

yeah i love cheese.  I make an herb blend to roll the goat cheese in.  There is a goat cheese that i can't remember the name of, but it is wonderful.  I make a version of french onion soup but add mushroms to it, then toast a slice of that cheese with a nice quality bread.  it is good!  Smells like a cheese bomb went off but its sooo good.

I'm making this again along with a tenderloin and ???

Title: Re: STella
Post by: Migs on December 23, 2008, 07:22:54 PM
what type of tenderloin?  i like reoasted veggies.  another good thing is to long slice zucchini, squash and egplant (if you like it) and grill them until they just turn soft.  Then in a ramekin overlap them, add a savory mousse and wrap it.  makes a nice tourine to cut into as an individual side.

nope, but i'll smother him with olive oil, thyme, garlic and rosemary and make sure to bring him in from the cold.  Why have him suffer outside in freezing weather when i can treat him to a 350 degree dry sauna for a few hours.  Think of it like a spa day he'll never forget.
