Dreams of being a pro, maybe, dreams of achieving the best physique he can achieve, that's what he is doing? Big Mike is a cool dude and one of the last few that actually post bodybuilding pics, and tapes. He doesn't get into all the hating crap and is trying to beat himself. I got respect for the dude and wish him all the best. I agree he has been living the dream a long time, good for him. I would much rather be Mike than some lame ass like Hank Wood flaming on everyone because he is all said and done and washed up. I raise my glass to the people who actually get off there dead ass and try and make a difference in there own personal life. Haters really only fuel the fire. lol...........last time i "experimented" we all saw what happened lol!! (looked like Re-Fried beans!)
no im doing what i did for that first show (just plain ole hard work lol/and the same boring/bland foods 5- 6 times a day..plus some shakes)
cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach (35 mins)
then cook/eat every 3 hours
such fun! lol
