What was The Incredible Jerk's competiton weight in "Pumping Iron"?
Ferrigno seems like a notorious BSer so I won't trust anything from his mouth.

270 Lbs

270 Lbs
Is that an official number?
If it isn't I call bullshit, even if he is 6'5.

That is what he is touted at in Pumping Iron. When you say official, i dont think you are going to get it more official than that. They prob exaggerated his weight by 5-10 Lbs but at 6'5 he is def in that ballpark

Good to see the phrase "The Incredible Jerk" I made for Lou Ferrigno is catching on around here. :)

I think The Incredible Jerk weighted tops 260. But at that height, yeah, probably not a lot less.

I'm pretty sure he weighed more than 260. Closer to the 275 he states. He weighed at least that when he was getting ready to go to Italy to shoot Hercules. I saw him alot in the gym then and he was huge. Grymko competed at 265 and Lou is bigger and taller than Pete

If I remember correctly in Pumping Iron he say 268 when he weighs himself after coming off stage.

268 pounds to be exact. He weighed 264 the previous year. Compare that to 318-320 pounds in 1993.

1975 - 268 pounds
1992 - 298 pounds
