do hyperextensions with a 25 lb plate in each hand, and as you perform the concentric portion of the hyperextension, do a "row" with the plates... simultaneously contract lower back aand lats to do wha i call a "hyper plate row"... this is killer..just sort of "invented" it last back workout..(yesterday)..super wicked pump all over the lower back and christmas tree area..

for the hyper extension part, focus on contracting on the white lines connected to the black H (for Hyperextensions). for the rowing movement, focuson on contracting along the white lines connected to the black R ( for Row)
try to really feel the burn along those white lines

Saw this same exrercise on T-Mag just the other day but with either a barbell or two dumbells.............gon na` try it out tomorrow.

This reminds me of the deadlift row that Charles Glass had Gunter do back in 2002.
