Adonis said it, not I. It is going to take me at least 3 more years before i win any kind of state show and that is if i can continually replicate the gains i made in 2007-2008. Trust me im not delusional. I'm so hard on myself people start to feel bad :-\

Meltdown. Read the post above. Adonis made the thread. Not me. I said it would take me 3 years if i kept making the gains i made in 2007-08 before i'd even be a contender for a state title. So basically i need to be a heavy-superheavy weight. I'm too tall to be anything less then heavy.

That is why I personally would have thanked him but I also would have set him straight a lot sooner in the thread. I wouldn't have let it go on as long. I guess I have just been, "humbled" more in my NPC career than you at this point. You look good man keep it up and remember to have a little fun too. Lol....the only time I've seen anyone do 1 arm pull ups was Stallone in Rocky 2, never seen someone do them in the gym.

A couple of tBsp. of apple cider vinegar a day should do the trick...Sprinkle some Cinnamon on some of your food...Lemon juice in your water etc...
