Trying to stay leaner this offseason and just put on some quality muscle...Next competition plans are for October, so got some time to put on a lil more muscle...

Honestly I dont know...Just gonna put on as much muscle as I can then diet down for the Border States in October or Western Regionals in Phoenix in November...Prolly be LH for those contest then squeeze to middles if I do Nationals...I planned on taking all of 2009 off but I got a Amatuer contract with MuscleTech so I have to compete in 09'...Im already excited to start dieting again though...

Dont really know...9 maybe???...In the morning I look leanest but then I start eating and the water goes straight to my stomach...

Thanks man...I never planned on being a pro but I figured if I could at least get some sort of sponsorship that that would be enough for me...So Im pretty excited to represent them...
