I am starting to realise i hold ALOT of water. My face is kinda puffy and muscle definition is blurred
If i drop carbs for 2 days i can lose around 10-14 pounds (of which i assume is water)
My question is should i avoid carbs? what i my body trying to tell me by hording lots of water?

Usually that it's not getting enough!
The more you drink, the less you'll retain.

sodium causes a lot of water retention, could be holiday eating habits catching up with you.. i wouldn't sweat it too much

could be high estrogen, could be high carb intake, could be high sodium intake, could be that your not drinking enough water.

Exactly.
Note: Have you been eating like shit lately. Even though some people here don't believe it if you eat like clean for awhile & then go on a food binge you will look puffy (i.e. maybe too much salt).
Also, are you on any medications or AAS?

I did eat a ton of bacon the night before i noticed i looked puffy. I wonder if that had something to do with it
