Title: I fucked up 1 day of my bodybuilding journey

I was drunk yesterday and I puked the whole night, so right now I am still feeling sick and I am having my first meal since I woke up 4 hours ago.

I am eating cookies, some pieces of cheese, an apple and I am drinking a Sprite.

Guys..... I never tought I would say this but I don't think I'll be able to meet my daily requirement of 400 grams of protein today.......

I feel kind of sad losing a whole day where I could have used the anabolic window.

I think I'll just quit training

You can make up for your lack of discipline by quickly getting to the gym and doing 20 heavy sets for legs with very little rest.

last time I drank was last year at christmas and the next time will probably be in a year too   :-\

dude i know how u feel, i hadnt drank in months then had a beer for my gf's birthday last week and had the runs like never before just hours later.

I mean I totally splatter painted the toilet! it was gross  :-X

lots of gatorade for that h angover.   yeah, greasy food helps.  But 2 gallons of gatorade even better
