currently im mixing soyabean flour with oats to be economical ,its said that soyabean has the highest protein content is it true or just a myth??

There's a lot of bad press about Soy protein. I personally don't have anything against it one way or another. IMO - a little here & there won't hurt you. As for using it as a "main" protein source...I wouldn't do that (economical or not). I would personally just get some dried milk power & mix it in with your oats.
