He's an ex-fighter
Mike Dolce (born April 15, 1976 in Belmar, New Jersey) is an American professional mixed martial arts (MMA) fighter. He has fought nationally for the Portland Wolfpack of the International Fight League and was a cast member of SpikeTV's The Ultimate Fighter 7.
[edit] Bio
Dolce is the son of a NY firefighter and Division I women’s college basketball player.[1] A NJSIAA wrestler, Dolce began MMA training to get back into shape. His first lessons were in jiu-jitsu and after he performed well against a professional fighter, he gave up his well-paying job as a Municipal Tax Assessor in New Jersey to pursue a career in professional fighting. He moved to Oregon in February 2005 to begin a career as a professional Mixed Martial Artist.
[edit] Personal life
Outside of the ring, Mike is an accomplished writer, penning a monthly column for Extreme Fighter Magazine and his recent blogs on "The Ultimate Fighter 7" have become the most read in the history of the series. Dolce is also publishing a book on health and fitness, "The D O L C E Diet", in 2008.

More on him
Mike Dolce used to be a municipal tax assessor in New Jersey and weighed 280 pounds. After working his way all the way down to 170 pounds, he quit his job to take up mixed martial arts fighting. He stands 5 feet, 11 inches. He began his professional career with three straight wins, two via decisions and one via technical knockout. The next four, however, were not so successful. He lost his next four fights under his coach Matt Lindland. Now he is a member of the International Fight League organization under Portland Wolfpack.
Outside the ring, Mike Dolce serves as the conditioning coach for Oregon-based Team Quest.
Mike Dolce is part of the cast of reality mixed martial arts competition The Ultimate Fighter : Team Rampage vs. Team Forrest on Spike TV. This latest installment features 32 middleweight fighters who will vie for a six-figure, multi-fight contract with the organization Ultimate Fighting Championship. The cast is immediately trimmed down to the final 16 fighters to move in the house. For this season, the fighters are divided into two teams, each coached by UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Quinton Jackson and Light heavyweight number 1 contender and season 1 winner Forrest Griffin.

Are you thinking Dolce is trying to steal your man Coach? Maybe you guys should go on Springer and air this stuff out.

Is Springer still on tv?

Just think about it for a second, if you were a elite fighter who would you rather have train you? An ex-fighter or an ex-bodybuilder?
It appears that he isn't "trying to steal him" but rather "has already stole him/talked some since into Rampage about getting with a real trainer"
I mean could really imagine Rampage Jackson out there training alongside a bunch of undersized 13 year old weaklings (the coachs usual clientel) doing silly little twists and box jumps

was dolce the dude in England that trained rampage for the fight he just won? Or some local dude?
Rampage kept going on and on about his UK trianing team and the 'wolfs lair' after he won.
