Lesnar v Mir.........
When is this going down and who's going to take it?
I'm leaning towards Lesnar, simply because thier first fight Lesnar knocked Mir down twice and mauled him. He was completely inexperienced in thier first fight, now he's been training longer and had a couple of more fights, will that extra experience/training be enough?

I'm picking Mir again. I spoke to him before & after the Lesnar fight. He confided that he was shitting bricks before the fight. Afterward he felt that he had regained a lot of his confidence. After beating Nog, I think he feels unstoppable. BTW, he was dealing with a herniated disk for the Nog fight. He should be 100% for Lesnar. All Lesnar has is size and slightly improved skills. Won't be enough.

I like Mir again....
if he throws hands like he did last night and avoids a takedown for any length of time he's gonna expose brock standing up...
the key (imo) will be to keep things standing up for the first 5 min

brock because he's an unstoppable behemoth

I don't know if I can agree with this. Brock knocked Mir on his ass twice in their first fight and he's only improved since then. That's gotta play on Mir's mind. I think Mir is going to look to get to the ground and submit him, but i don't know if brock will fall for that a second time.

Mir will win.

i think Mir has the edge. His stand up looked great, plus his experience. Brock is a beast though

Mirs one of those guys who's smart and studys the shit out of films before he goes in there with who ever he's fighting...
he's got some film to wok with as before he did'nt...
if nothing else I think Mir can beat him on brains and MMA experience
-
mir will use his experiance and ability to stay calm under pressure, staying calm under pressure cant be taught in the gym but only in real cage fights, and mir has alot more REAL cage fights then brock.alot of people are forgetting how awesome mir was before his motorcycle accident,he imo is only about 75 % of what he used to be.ill even go as far as saying next time they fight mir will take one of brocks limbs home with him and put it in his trophy case.mir said hes gonna make brock famous cause mirs gonna be the first guy to break a limb on him, mirs attitude in that cage is if you dont tap ill break it off and take it home with me,mirs got the right mindset imo cause that man across the ring from you will do the same givin the chance

agree completely, specially after the fight with Minotauro

I hope he beats Lesnar. But Lesnar had him in a bad way before Maz stood them up for a questionable strike to the back of the head. I think Lesnar can overwhelm him, I hope I am wrong, with a good right hand, followed up with the double.
Comprido has said Lesnar's BJJ is improving by leaps and bounds. That would be scary, a guy who can dictate when and where the fight goes, and can finish it.

Okay so we all saw the first fight, but we are talking about two differant fighters. Mir's confidence has come back a little and we all know Mir fights the best when he is a little worried. You get a cocky Mir and he shows up like shit and puts on a lack luster performance. I think this time around he will be scared shitless as well, (I hope his head doesn't get big or he will get owned) Brock is a big dude and if he rocks Mir in the slightest I think Brock will reign down enough quick blows to have them call it.
I think that with a lil more training and Brocks wrestling back ground he will be able to control Mir in similar fashion as to how he did Herring. I thnk Brock will grind out the win or the GNP.

mir sucks and the only reason he won against nog was that nog sucked even more

it's going to be great
