I havent read a post in 3 yrs that is not true...  (except tme travel)

Ive been to Golds Venice for 10yrs priior to Vegas
and all
hes says regarding hormones is 90% true and 10% subjective.
He is definately a Pro or Dan Duchaine Reincarnate.

like i've said before, i think if you asked almost any IFBB pro HONESTLY what they take and how they train and eat it would be almost identical to what GH says.
