looking for some input on my next cycle i will be using test e for my base.I will have enough for 20 weeks @500mg or i could run 750mg for 10 weeks then 500mg for 5weeks 15 week total. Goals are to gain as much size as possable wile keeping bf% low then lean out towards end of cycle.Was thinking of going with some Tren maybe for last 6 weeks. open to options still let me know what you guys think.

id say work out naturally again for 6-12 months to get your body and mind and metabolic state primed and ready then hit a good strong cycle of maybe 2 injectables and 1 oral in begining to kick start. you should be able to gain a lot of what you lost back if it was natural and then you gain some more from cycle

I would run the test for 16-20weeks at 500mg and go with the tren the last 6 weeks at 50-100mgs eod...
BUT at 172 and 22yrs old you still have alot of growing to do...maybe try eating that usually works for most people.

Ive been pumped and looking forward to this cycle. I'm back to my old healthy self just a little shy on my weight and little extra bf% this time around.I eat everything in site and I'm really starting to get picky with what i eat to so i can cut down on bf wile off. Im gaining weight every week :)
I wont be starting till i get back up to at least 185-190 or so just wanted to get some ideas
