How much cardio do u do when dieting?
Im currently 15% now
Im workin 9-5, 5 times a week and i gotta see my gf on most days

damn, i realise this is place where permabulker's run free in the wild but does nobody here diet while they have a full-time job?

What's more important girlfriends or dieting, training? I know the answer I'd give, but you have to make up your mind.
Start with 30 mins a day 5 times a week. Work up to 1 hour. Then eventually TWO sessions a day, 1 hour total each session.
If you diet isn't on don't waste your time doing a ton of cardio. Its like pissing in the wind.

I wouldn't necessarily do cardio at all - just manipulate your diet.

All depends what sort of job he is doing..if hes active then maybe..if he sitting at a desk all day then he will need it.

i reached my best shape ever without any cardio but still i belive it's good to do it..
