i could do that back in the day to. working more for shape and tone now.

To be fair, that's actually a "side press" in old time lifting parlance. It's sorta in between a bent press and a shoulder press. It allows for a better balancing of the weight, and allows the lats to be more involved in the lift.
Still a monster lift though.

You just heard of him? Man, either you're a teenager, or you've lived under a rock your entire life. The man is a legend among legends.

It is a big lift, but one needs to watch lifting terminology or it loses its value.
Much like a Military Press is different from an Olympic Press, and an Olympic Press is different from a double lay back Olympic Press. Now most folks wouldn't know the difference between the 3, but they are very different.
It is somewhat disrespectful to various generations of lifters not to acknowledge this just a bit.

considering he ACTUALLY WAS natural, hes probably the strongest man ever, certainly strongest legs ever at least.
