Dug my COC out from under teh bed.

I wanna train my grip but only have one COC. Am gonna do it by reducing ROM v gradually. My friend suggest playing cards? Anyone else know what i could use as i have no cards and if i dont start now tomorro i probaly wont bother?

very humbling.

closed the 1 for 9 or 10 times i think first go.

My friend who closed it liek 4-6 times first time within a month was repping teh shit out of teh 1.5 and got 3 i think with teh 2

hmm i dont know how much those are.

i have one to. rb 180. i think it's 180 pounds pressure? can rep it for about 6-8.

been a while since i trained my grip. I'm going to start again now to though.

there are these things called weights that lifting cause your strength to go up.

not gripping strength...is a slight crossover not as much as you would epect.

Most grip is supporting grip

thats a good idea. i think i should just buy 2 packets cards and remove 1 card a day.
