i like franklin and all but dan imo has fought stiffer competition over the years, striking is prolly equal although dans right hand is more of a fight ender then riches.dan is also very hard to sub,if you saw his fight with big nog dan was outweighed by 30 lbs and it took nog till the later part of the fight to finally finish dan in a sub.dan has great sub defense,big nog had him in omaplatas,triangles,americanas and even armbars and hendo squirmed out with great technique.i think dan is just to much for rich but i could be wrong,ive been wrong many times before.on paper it all looks good for dan but when fist start flyin things sometime change,styles make fights and who knows,rich might have a style to beat dan,i still have to go with (the worlds most dangerous dan) though.also dan walks around at 220 most of the time and that could play a big part also when he hydrates and puts back those 30 plus lbs or so

I think Hendo gets the nod on this one also. I can't see Rich knocking him out and Rich's ground game isn't at the level it needs to be to catch Dan in a sub. Dan will win I just can't figure out how.

Dan is who I am leaning towards as well, but you never know with Hendo. does he show up for the fight or does he "just show up for the fight?" I think if Dan lets Rich control the pace of the fight then he could be in trouble. Remember the old Rich who controled fights and dominated his weight class. Rich could come in and beat Dan standing and wear him down. I think if Hendo wants to win he takes it to the ground and controls Rich.

This is going to be a great fight. I am going with Franklin. Everybody forgets how good Rich is. He just got destroyed twice by Silva and once early in his career by Machida. He is a great fighter. Rich may not be a the flashiest fighter, but he comes to win. Hendo is good but unpredictable. Either way great fight and I will be glad to see either win.

Henderson brought the best out of Silva.
Franklin was outclassed.
On the ground, Henderson is a much better fighter, and he's got the dirty boxing that IMO is the best in whole UFC together with Couture's.
In the standup, a lot of people will probably say Franklin has the upper hand. I disagree.
Henderson does not get enough credit for his standup IMO.
He has tremendous knockout power, actually much more so than Rich Franklin.
Franklin is a bit like Forrest Griffin. A hard working guy, tremendous ethic.
But when he gets paired up against someone like Silva or Henderson, it will be lights out.
I see Franklin getting KTFO in the first round.

I see Hendo eventually wearing franklin down just controlling him of the ground with a lot of scrambling going on for 3 rounds....
tough fight to call actually with neither fighter having that much of an edge in any one category, except Dans wrestling skill and strength....
NOT a ppv worthy card though

I like Dan by KO.
He's faced the much tougher competition and has a chin like an anvil.
