Hey buds....I was sparring with a buddy and I think I took a hard blow to the left ribs. I think its bruised ribs..as its not a sharp pain..but pain is there to affect my workouts. Have any of you had a bruised rib..how long did it take to heal..and should I lay off the weights completly..or do light work?
