Wow.  There are a few really stupid ppl in the senate.  Biden is brash, often obnoxious, and immature... but dumb?  Sorry, you must not have heard him speak in interviews.  He can flow.  The comparison of he vs. palin, when given identical questions, was downright hilarious.  Palin couldn't name anotehr case not called Roe v Wade, and Biden spoke extensively on cases he had worked on, with detailed analysis.

Biden is very incomplete - but dumb he is not.

He says more crap without actually saying anything then anybody in the senate...he's a politician and an empty suit.

Biden constantly puts his foot in his mouth.  What's funny is the same people who called McCain dumb for his class rank at the Naval Academy and Palin dumb because she attended multiple colleges are completely silent on Biden's plagiarism and lousy academic performance. 

What's really a shame is that even though Democrats were smart enough not to put Biden in the White House (he was repeatedly rejected by the voters), he'll be a heartbeat away from the job.
