I just finished watching phil heaths DVD. I found it quite good he isn't ronnie strength wise weaker on pull excercises but fairly strong on pushing movements but it was inspiring he has a good phsique yes he is not the widest and his chest is overpowered by his arms but that aside I definetley think he's gonna me mr o at some point. I think he will make a great mr o very bright and intelligent guy plus he has the phsique a lot of guys would aspire to unlike say a jay or Coleman he isn't a freak but after watching that DVD I think he makes a better mr o than dexter. Has anybody else seen the DVD? What do you think

yeah, he could have won last year and nobody (cept dex) would have complained.

I only wish Flex Wheeler's first vid was a good as the SNIPPETS that I have seen of Phil Heath's video.

Flex's vide don't compare his second video was horrendeous
After seeing this DVD Heath is gonna be a mr o no question I think it would be good for bbing

It showed him eating out a few times and fir those interested in diets and stuff he does talk about it a lot
