There is a ton of value in doing body weight exercises. Most guys who sit in hammer machines think they know something about hard work would be humbled training with a dedicated body weight trainer. It's amazing how many 400lbs bench and curl guys who can't do 75 perfect push ups or 100 burpees.
I lift and run but I remember some of my hardest workouts was when I was doing only bodyweight exercises.

doesnt these guys have to work?
