How many marathon runners have muscular physiques?

Next to none, but how many getbiggers are either skinny, fat, or skinny fat?  Most.  Marathon Runner physique> 99% of getbiggers.  Including myself   :'(

Congrats on your 100th post wnybodybuildingfan.

I'm not trying to be insulting or a smart ass. The fact is you are making claims about something that you are obviously not. I have seen plenty of guys, for example construction workers, carpenters who have just as low BF as you do and more muscle and they have never stepped foot in a gym. My point is that until you have built an un-ordinary amount of muscle on your frame I don't think that you are qualified to say that something is easy when you are obviously not what you criticise.

It was no criticism, just my opinion. If you think it has no value because of my current appearance, that's fine with me. 8)

So building muscle is easy?

of course it is.  it's just that genetics limit you, and drugs make the amount of muscle that can be gained higher.

Training for 30-45 minutes 3 times a week and eating enough is all it takes.

Watch the videos on the website.  I posted this because I read his book ultramarathon man in the hospital.
It was extremely well written and inspiring and thought i'd share it with my fellow getbiggers.
This guy now is going to run from los angeles to hawaii on a floating wheel.
I hope some of you really dig deep into the site.  Truely inspiring, especially the videos.

At least your opinion counts since unlike me you actually have some muscle on you.

he eats cookies, and entire cheesecakes as well as pizza.
keep in mind, he was running for 3 days straight covering 220 or so miles.
he eats 6,000 calories a day while training
