I usually feel focused and hope I'm able to accomplish what I planed to and somewhat disconnected from reality. Sometimes it's hard to imagines that in 20 minutes you'll be going all out doing legs and cardio or whatever it is on today's workout.
In the minutes leading up to the workout, how does it feel?

Yes anxiety sometimes kicks in. But over time one realises that it ain't that serious. :)

Mentally I have to prepare otherwise I will not get the most out of my workout. I go through my mind what exercises I am going to do. Kind of psyche myself up.
