That program is good for a natural, athletic and lean look even though he's not a good example.

um 6 years of hard training and that's all he's got?  I'm screwed.  Oh and he did "a bottle of roids 6 years ago!"

Justin is in serious need of heavy compound exercises in sets of 5 for 5 reps. Or maybe a brain scan or brain chemical work. Something is out of balance upstairs. If he has been training for 6 years non stop he may want to stop......now! 

Hoping QO's will offer Justin some advice on gaining quality muscle mass. Or a 100 lb lump of fat , whatever comes first, following QO's training help. We can only pray. Good Luck.
