Dear God,
What is your view on after-workout soreness?
if it hurts bad you doing something wrong ,,,if it hurts good ,,you doing something right,,
hurt bad = sharp pains
hurt good = pump and a day later flexy feeling with out flexing,,
you know when you grow ,,,especially when every one now days is on drugs ,,you know very well when youre growing ,,drugs should also shorten the duration of the good pain and make it either none existant within 24-72 hours as in youshoudl be able to pull more training days and still grow while A TRUE natural not CLEAN but TRU natural will be falling apart right next to you and shrink into nothingness or just get fatter flatter and smaller
