An important thing to remember is that for some people, the actual cause of the ED CAN Aromatase Inhibitor itself.  You need a healthy amount of estrogen for a normal libido.  When you take an AI or estrogen receptor blocker like tamoxifen; for most people their libido and erectile ability will suffer.

It doesn't get as rock hard during a nice wind gust but with proper PCT I usually never have a problem...

I also use some Liquid Cialis for when the time is right.
