I've heard great stuff about KC BBQ. I tried the famous Texas brisquet (sp) and BBQ when there, but wasn't very impressed. Of course I prefer pork BBQ. NC has a ton of good places. The further east you get, the better in NC.

all day!!!!!! I cook my ribs in the oven with some vinegar and then throw them on the grill.. Shit falls off the bone, then my steaks, links, and burgers come off crazy.. I also pride myself on my Carne Asada... I have been trying to talk the wife in to letting me spend $1,500 for my grill set-up, but to no avail. I bbq in the snow about once a week and then about 4 nights a week in the summer!

Oh yeah. Man im all grill work...I let them sit over night in the fridge (raw) in big pepper, meat rub, (no homo)seasoned salt, mustard, itilian dressing and miller high life (the champagne of beers of course).
And from there to the grill.
I swear i have been told that my ribs are the best ever in life.

Sounds hella good. I kid you not my ribs are so soft, you can shake the fuckers and the meat falls off the bones.. When I fist started I would lose some of the meat from taking them off the grill. That was a long time ago though. ;D ;D

So you have had Nancy's??? First thing I got when I got off the plane and to the in-laws. they always have one waiting for me. I guess they will ship them anywhere in the US, but I just don't think it would taste the same and I don't wanna ruin my vision of pizza heaven.

See when it comes to bread I just stop by my aunties rest.. she cooks all her bread for her rest. every day. She goes in at like 2 am to start shit.. She is a good cook, to bad for her, that her place is so small. Everytime you show up tables are backed up like 45 minutes on average.. Thank god for being family and getting the jump in line.. ;D
Other then her place though the BREAD OUT HERE SUCKS DONKEY DICK!

There is an italian family, I think they were both actually born there,I know the grandma was, that live in our neighborhood. They own a couple of restaurants here. Pretty good pie. Also, she makes the most incredible desserts and brings them by sometimes. Awesome people. The husband can always be found at the restaurant drinking wine and mingling with customers.

Why vinegar, never heard of that before?
Vinegar is a key ingredient in bbq and bbq sauce. Marinade pork, turkey and chicken in seasoned vinegar. The slight bitter bite in BBQ sauce is vinegar. Excellent for marinades and sauces.

You apparently dont know atlanta too well. Up off buford highway might as well be fucking mexico man. Its a sketchy area, but they have some of the best authentic chinese and mexican food out there.
