He had a stroke quite awhile ago...Over two years ago I believe...He sounds no better then he did last year at this time...I understand going in front of the camera last year showing the world that you are still alive and working hard to get back on track but this guy sounds no better...Time to pull the plug on Dick Clarks career in front of th camera and/or voice overs... :-\
