A big pet peeve is when retards drop the dbs on the floor when done of a set, like this guy did.  As if it's too heavy to get down under your own power ::).   Seen many a db bent to fuck b/c of laziness like that.  Waitin' for the day for some mongoloid to drop or bounce a db on his foot.  Now that would be worth postin' on youtube.  lol.

Flat bench dbell press may be an exception b/c the start/finish of the rep is close to the floor, and the dbs are easy to drop flat.  Even on those, there's no need to drop a db unless your using Ronnie Coleman weight.
