when bulking up? I'm talking about fat. I don't think putting on 30-80lbs like some pros or top NPC guys do is necessary. 10lbs I think is a good limit.

I'm bulking again, and the weight seems to creep up kinda easily..... ;D

I went from 125 to 223 in the course of maybe 15 months? i was a fat heffer. woudln't recommend it.
