Title: in the current economic climate is bbing a worth while investment?

il spend a total of around 6 grand on food and gym membership. if i just lose weight and not build muscle il have the skinny fat look and loose skin. im in college right now and will only make about 12 grand this year :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :-[ :-[ :-[ :'( :'( :-\ :-\ :( :( :(

lifting weight is cheap and healthy. You just need normal food and some equipment to build a decent home gym.


I dont get why anyone would buy uterly unefective and useless supplements or suscribe to a gym fully packed with weirdos and losers sporting
attention disorders you are forced to meet everyday just because you want to train.
