there is no way out of the cage till your oponent dies, and you can only use the wepons you were born with.

imo, brock would win unless the dog managed to get onto his neck.

Also, even if dog bites his arm, he can punch or poke his eyes.

The dog has possibility when he bites Lesners throat.
But, if Lesner knows that, its easy to prevent.
