what do ya got there, maybe 400 calories total?
I'm about to eat 2 lasagna rolls, 9 oz chicken breast, and 1/4 apple pie :)

im guessing about 500 cals. i threw a few yolks in those whites and that was a large sweet tater.

I like to keep a deeply etched six pack all year long now! so yea i eat pretty clean about 90% of the time! ;)

right after my workout i had a scoop and half of waxy maize w/ some aminos and bcaa then 30 mins later i had 2 scoop of whey iso
then like an hour later i had 8oz of chicken w/ a cup of brown rice green beans and almonds

I added some garlic bread. Also the woman just showed up with a steak'N'shake white choco shake for me. Sweet. milkshake not shown.
Can someone rough estimate these calories? thanks!

it's genetics. The Good Lord made my adult weight 125 pounds, which is pretty much what ever other male in my fmaily weighs.

After my protein shake and waxy maize I had maybe 1 C. turkey chili and about an hour after that I had a 7 oz breaded chicken breast and 1/2 C. whole wheat pasta and then ice cream and hot fudge.
