Tried to cut, got some advices from flex the looter steele but i gave up because i picked a wrong date to start (near xmas), i got a new bike to do some "cardio" near home, but as soon as the trek bicycle arrived, i havent used it yet, so far 3 weeks, i paid in advance almost 700 bucks to renew @ gym and 3 weeks and a half since i renewed and havent go there, looked for my "zma" pills to "start" sleeping better, with a picture of milos sarcev in the background, smiling, with some candles, but i noticed they are expired and they smell like shit (wonder what the fuck happened).
So, today was supposed the day i would return and didnt happen. been like this for weeks, now i checked again my closet and found a gnc's mega men bottle, some fish oil pills and went to the pharmacy to get ripped off for 5lbs of gnc whey.
So this is it, i think tomorrow ill try to catch the dream one more time, just one more round! My shoulder is still kinda injured, tennis elbow in my left arm, and one of my knees fucked, but i will do it for getbig and the dream.
Free weights, plastic weights, all of them are waiting, summer is here, i need some eca but my supplier is "out", but nothing will stop me to chase the dream.
A month later, ill do a posedown against JOE MARINO.

I have never trained with Milos, only Rick, his training partner. I barely see Milos once or twice a month right now, the guy is running like 3-4 businesses. :o

I'm just getting back into it. Started cutting and lifting New Year's day after not touching a weight but two or three times since August. The first week was awful but I'm getting the fire back now. Feels good to be exerting myself again. Just remember that you'll need your strength for fighting off the incoming Muslim invasion, Benz.

Shit I feel ya mang.........Today was my 3rd consistence workout since aug for me...........This is prob the smallest and weakest Ive been in about 8 yrs.
I didn't go to the gym from sept 8th till dec 10th......... I got myself motivated and went out and bought sum whey and creatine. ::).....as soon as i get back to my old self i will prob hit a small cycle, test and deca cause my focking joints are trashed, plus I have a pinched nerve that i was getting worked on but blew off and I'm gonna get that worked out...............It really sucks getting old, but i wanna get as big and strong as I can 1 more time before i turn into a puss for good. ;D

So i went to the gym yesterday, the usual guys over there still trying to manage the plastic weights (like those ones at MemberX's gym) and some new ones, good ambient
so as the useless piece of shit i am, i started with 5 sets 10 reps of widegrip pull down behind the neck , followed by 5x10 barbell shrugs, 5x10 one arm dumbbell row, 5x10 seated cable rows and finished with 5x10 good mornings
nothing serious, most animals here do what i did just for warming :)
it was hard after some months abusing wine and fresh meat, but it was worth. prong snap your fingers snap your neck in loop mode helped a lot

I was weak by Y board standards before but it's almost embarrassing now. What strength I had is coming back fast but it's pretty deterring in the beginning. Not to mention that cutting at the same as getting back into lifting doesn't help.
