The only reason the WNBA (oh brother) is stil around is because if they closed the league it would be a PC nightmare IMO.

Should be called the lesbian league.in N.YC. the dike bars play all the games and the N.Y. players have been known to show up...

In defense of the women, I think they are actually more fundamentally sound than the men today.  They pass better.  They execute better.  Free throw form is better.

Actually they had flirted with the idea of giving up on the wnba, but it exists as a tax write off for the NBA so they keep it...
