i have a neighbor who's i'd say obsessive... does 150 crunches every morning and weighs 120

Addicted to "ripped".
Still looks better than fat, although prolly not healthy - I agree.
Boy must have crazy stamina doing 1500 crunches every morning. I need 3 mugs of coffee to even get myself going before any physical activity.

1500 situps and 400 pushups.
When I was 14 I would do at least 500 pushups a day. ;D I was huge.
