nope.

I took it for about 3 months and noticed nothing. Didn't help me sleep, didn't have weird dreams and didn't boost test levels/strength.

If anything it made me crack one off less..... :-\

Well, Zinc and Magnesium are very important in your diet, but other than that ZMA has no benefits.
