(Gayed up a little just for Getbig and all it's schmoes :))
Benching 315 (140kg)
Benching 330 (150kg)
Benching 365 (160kg) fail :'(

Good lifts, but your spotter should be more punctual. I tell mine as soon as the bar stops moving yank that damn weight off! No need to start tearing tendons and whatnot. It's obvious the weight won't be lifted when it stops moving. my cents

Havn't really tried a narrower grip before, so it might be worth a shot. First time I've seen myself doing weights on video and it's quite an eye opener!
And the gym is a "family gym" :-\ I only train there coz it's close to work. We have been warned a dozen times that we are too loud and they threaten to ban us all the time :(

I agree you should use I slightly narrower grip. Even your partner has a more narrow grip and I know he's outweighing you by 40 plus. I'm no bench guru by the way but get those tri's under you more. I know some will disagree but thumbless grip helps me use tri's more too.

ignore the haters, they're all just jealous that yet another getbigger has proven to be bigger/stronger than they are. i do agree to an extent about the grip width. since you're so flat backed, coming in a few inches might be better for you. wider works with an arch, i've found, but pinkies on the rings is perfect for flat.

Yeah, there's a big diff between controlling the weight and then just busting out reps.
Mostly ego lifters bounce it off there chest a good 3'' ;D

Back to the vids, a lot of people are giving NZMM a hard time about form or whatever. He said he could do 365, I think it's obvious by watching those vids that on the right day, he could do it. Maybe not competition form, but touch and go, no problem. He backed up his claims as far as I am concerned.
