These guys I worked with first brought me to the gym at 14 or so. Was a waste of time. Thay put two 25's on the squat bar for me and I fell flat on my behind! Almost broke my neck! Then I really picked it up around age 16. Biggest influence's were Dorian and Flex Wheeler.

Started in University, but between a heavy work load and waiting tables I never had enough money for the food or time to cook it all. Now that I have disposable income to spend 200 bucks a week on food I find it worth while to actually work out. Working outruns of food=pointless (in my opinion)
