Olympic barbell curls only. Heavy weight. 10 sets of 10 reps. Keep the weight the same for all 10 sets and only rest 1 minute between each of the 10 sets. You will not be able to move for days and you will grow. It is a version of German Volume Training.

no my bis are a looot better than my tris...
my best tri routine

pressdowns
*******
skull crushers *
here I alternate ..I do do one normal set of skull crushers
then i do another set first i do a normal crusher then i do a close grip press
thats one rep.
so that for ten reps then i do 10 close grip presses straight after
i keep it fairly heavy here 45 lbs per side is my first set
last set is a 45 and a 25 per side
***
seated camber bar extensions 4 sets
***
then an excersise i picked up from charles glass
pressdowns but with the v grp bar the one yoy would use for cable rows or pull downs
i do them knuckles facing each other.. i super set that with  rope pressdowns
**
then finally heavy close grip benches
i go up to 315 here 6 to 8 reps
with a drop set as the last set 315(6 to 8) , 225(12), then 135(20 reps)
i do close grips last because i feel them more that way if i do them first my chest seems to take over

I used to do volume like that, and would tell meso i think he's wasting time and energy. Do half that with the condition that the intensity and focus on pushing the envelope and improving have to be the bottom line. The results are the same, maybe better because the tissue's not worn down so much with what are endurance workouts. Endurance workouts can still build size but aren't necessary. Better in general for cutting.

Just because it's worked so far doesn't mean that all of it was necessary or that same or better coudln't have been done with less.

Drop sets till you die......l run the rack for bis and they will explode with blood if you can push through the intense pain.  I go through a set of 10 on each of these weights once every month to shock em.....60's, 55's, 50's, 45's, 40's .....all the way to 10's with only 10 seconds rest to shake em out a bit.  I go through this 4 times (3rd and 4th I sometimes can only then start with 50's) with about 4 mins rest and do it once a month and the pump is insane like nothing you have ever felt.   Stretch em out real good before and after and drink lots of water otherwise you wont be doing much with your arms for the next 48 hours.....good luck....I advise everyone to try this shocking run the rack sets for arms at least once in their lifetimes.....

If I do less I don't feel it. I can only maintain intensity wit lots volume and heavy weights I couldn't do three excersises for say tris and feel it but I'm not dismissing what you say what would be a typicAl tri workout for you

I do this too sometimes.

I never really do direct bi work (don't know why really, just never really enjoyed training them.)

So when i do, occasionally i too will run the rack. Crazy pump and is a time effecient way of training them.

Did Beefh's bicep blast today and it killed big time.

After two warmups went for 85lb of 10x10 . First set was no problem. Normally I would up the weight but I knew I was in for a rough ride. Did two more sets before I had to drop. I started dropping by 5lb every 2 sets. Ending up at the 10th set back to my warmup weight of 65lb.

Huge pump and my bis are cooked.

I finished with 4 sets of reverse grip drag curls and some forearm work.

I will be back to this thread in 5 days for the next bicep workout.
