Do I have to go to my Dr. to get blood work done?

I just want to know my test levels and stuff.

You could just go get a physical done & ask to have your test levels check. Depending on your age it shouldn't be an issue.

Yes, I think your doc needs to order it.  Then you will probably go to some lab somewhere and have blood taken.  The results should be back in a week or 2.
