If people believe there is a buck to be made in embellishing the truth they will do that.

Besides even you beating up a bunch of nobodies in the street wouldn't make you a world class fighter.A case in point :Kimbo Slice.

That video of Bruce is the Martial Arts equivalent of pro wrestling.The guy getting punched isn't in a balanced stance(check out the stances of any professional fighter) and is liable to to be knocked on his arse with even a small shove.

So I've been training Muay Thai for going on 3 years now, and recently started MMA/BJJ. I recently crawled upon a link to Tommy Carruthers website via Sherdog.
So i emailed him asking about his school, if it was still open and went on to ask if a Thai Boxer and part time Mixed Martial Artist would be welcome in his gym. This was probably the most polite and formal email I've ever sent, as I had respect for the guy, he has skills. I even started a thread about him years ago.

I got a reply this morning stating simply "no". Nothing more, nothing less.

I thought I'd rant on here, to get rid of the fucking ragesteam, and to warn anyone else of this guys lack of respect or manners. He may be world renound for his JKD, but he's gone right down in my estimations.
