I don't think i have actually cried during a movie. I've probably been colse, but i don't think i have actually shed a tear.
If i watched Marely & Me i probably would though.....i suck when it comes to dogs dying... :(

Yes, Point Break and Rocky 4...Music gets me
Point Break: Tyler and Utah slept on the beach which is always fun but the music when they were out there surfing and Johnny finally got it right and the underneath shot of Utah and Tyler in their boards start making out..I love surfing and that is the ultimate movie.
Rocky 4: This movie had us against them and he took a beating like he always does but it seems like a unsurmountable fight but Rocky pulls it out like always but once again with the music at the end and saying that his kid should be in bed...American flag draped across him..gets me

White Fang (much younger)
Life is a House
the list goes on and one. I don't cry per se but tear up regularly when I watch movies.

Some whore made me watch a movie the other day, A Walk To Remember, I bawled like a little bitch.
-
Actual tears? No. But I get pretty choked up at the end of The Color Purple when the sisters are finally reunited. :'(

You cock sucker! Thanks for ruining the movie! >:(

Just saw "The Wrestler" with Mickey Rourke. That will make you shed a tear if you're human.
Rourke nails it. Fantastic performance.

A dumb Hollywood movie glorifying some loser who's made one bad decision after another in his life who is supposed to be some sort of hero?????? Gimme a break.

Who's The Wrestler based on? Anyone specific or is it just generalizing? ???

I nearly cried at the end of Gladiator. But I held back.

Is that we you got from it? I don't think it was a movie that 'glorified' anything. Sounds like you didn't even see the movie.

Maybe Old Yeller could but I'm not sure if I have. I did recently cry watching a documentary. At the end I ran into the bathroom so nobody could see...not just a few tears I cried a lot. :'( :D I was quite surprised.

It's a generalization of a fictional wrestler who was once on top as the world's top professional wrestler. 20 years later, his star is long gone and he still wrestles on the small circuit despite numerous physical ailments. The movie also chronicles his personal life from his estranged daughter. The acting is excellent and I highly recommend it.

Yes.
But only when watching by myself.
I remember the end of "Blow", when he is a broken old man and he is fantasising his daughter comes to visit him.
And of course, The Crying game, when the "chick" shows her cock ;D

no movie has made me cry but "cast away" made me sad

I thought Million $ Baby was pretty sad

A lot of people thought it was Mick Foley, but I think the writer said it was loosely based on Gregg Valentine's career.
On topic, anything with animals dying gets me. Dances With Wolves comes to mind where they shoot the wolf.

Gregg 'the hammer' Valentine? No way. Valentine's finishing move was the figure four leg lock. The fictional character of Randy 'the Ram' Robinson's signature move was the 'ram jam' off the top rope.
I understand what loosely based means, but the comparison is not even close.

Ive just tried to find where I read it, it was mentioned on one of the wrestling sites during a mini-review, so take it with a pinch of salt. I don't know see the finishing move can decide who it's based on though!

You must be referring to the end of the movie. Although I didn't cry, I was like, "Awwww man." :(
