What do you guys do when you get tramped by the flu or a cold for a few days to a week mid-cycle? Do you pause your cycle or continue as normal?

Don't pause it. You don't want your levels fluctuating all over the place. That's not going to help anything. Take a break from your training but not your cycle.

keep your cycle going, wouldnt be too hard to pin if sick, unless you cant even get out of bed lol

i keep it going. got sick twice last time, i stopped training but kept shooting

Yeah if all your dealing with is cold and cough bs then keep it going. It doesnt mean you have to train, but it would be smart to keep your blood levels stable.
Look at it this way, if you do come off because your sick, then you will need to start PCT, and that will really play havoc on your already ailing body. I would keep my levels stable, and get some good rest, then kick the training up when feeling better. Sometimes I will even continue when I'm sick, if its only a cold or something mild.

You don't want to kick the stool out from underneath yourself if you're sick, dude. Think it through... you don't have to reference a single scientific study to understand that at all, imo. If you've got a serious condition then it's time to review other options other than remaining "on", however.

horrible idea.
i know a dude who will be shotting test and poppin dbol then he will have a vacation or hell get sick or hell decide to take a week or a month off.... he just quite the stuff all togethor and doesnt tran and doesnt do any pct at all...
obviuously he looks like complete garbage. he does train very hard, and he takes whey post workout, but other than that.... diet is shit..and so is gear consistancy...i mean.. he thinks brown rice is a good cource of protein... stuff like that..
any way...... dont stop a "cycle" because your sick or for any other reason... and if you do, make sure your running hcg a serm and possibly an ai... and for fucks sake eat some protein

totally agree, keep it going. It would seems though you would be less likely to get sick but I guess anything is possible

Just got done with a nasty cold, all chest and head, for the last week....
Didn't stop the Sust, just stopped training until today. Hope that helps :-\
